Our 6 Community Hospitals and 3 Community Support Beds offer short-term assessment and reablement/rehabilitation to people across Derbyshire. Programme Manager

As Business Analyst, you will provide business and systems analysis expertise to support the Council’s transformation and improvement programmes, and readiness for Local Government Reorganisation.You will work across services and corporate functions to capture, analyse and redesign processes, elicit information and data to support evidence-led decision making, and define and translate requirements. You will also identify opportunities for better use of technology, ensuring digital solutions are well-integrated, user-focused and fit for purpose.

Business Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to join Uttlesford District Council at a pivotal time. As Programme Manager - Housing, you will lead the Housing Transformation Programme within our Corporate Programme, driving strategic change and delivering outcomes that make a real difference to our residents and communities, in particular the current and future tenants of our housing stock.You will build the programme design with deliverable tranches of business as usual and project activity aligned to strategic and regulatory priorities, establish programme governance and manage risks and issues. You will ensure clear objectives and benefits are identified to help shape compelling business cases. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will secure and maintain support and credibility for the programme approach, outcomes and performance. Working closely with the Housing Service but reporting to the Head of Transformation &amp; Projects, you will take a leadership role within the Transformation &amp; Projects team, helping to embed project and programme practice across the organization, and managing up to three officers within the project management and business analysis disciplines.

Programme Manager - Housing

As Project Support Officer, you will provide vital support to enable the smooth running of programme and project activity within our Corporate Programme.You will coordinate project and programme tasks, maintain documentation, assist with reporting and monitoring progress across specific projects and workstreams. You will also help embed project practice and skills by maintaining and enhancing the library of project management tools and templates, and supporting development of learning and skills for the organisation.

Project Support Officer

As Project Manager, you will manage projects within our Corporate Programme, driving strategic change and delivering outcomes that make a real difference to our residents and communities.You will ensure robust project infrastructure, governance, and alignment with corporate project and programme practice. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will influence and shape projects that support the Council’s transformation journey and help embed learning and skills across the organisation.

Project Manager
