The IQA Assessor will coordinate achievement of all aspects of apprenticeship standards or frameworks, to include quality assurance where appropriate, ensuring learners achieve on time, and in-line with college targets. The successful applicants will develop individual action plans including the setting of smart targets tailored to meet apprentices’ needs while maintaining accurate records in line with the College requirements.
The IQA Assessor will;

<li>Hold a relevant vocational qualification at or above level 3 and hold an Assessor award and IQA award</li>
<li>Have relevant up-to-date industrial/subject knowledge and a knowledge of industry and employment opportunities</li>

An opportunity has arisen within Sefton Council for a casual leisure attendant post based at Bootle Leisure Centre, to work in the role of a lifeguard.
You are required to hold a full - current lifeguarding certificate and will be expected to provide poolside as well as dry-side area supervision. You will be required to work as part of a team, ensuring customer safety and high standards of service and customer care at all times.&nbsp; This role requires constant supervision of the poolside; you will need to be fully focused with the ability to remain vigilant, alert, and attentive at all times.&nbsp; This position also involves the setting up of equipment to meet the needs of the programmed activities and to undertake cleaning tasks to ensure the centre is well presented to the highest standard.&nbsp;
Ideal candidates will need to be available to work throughout the summer holiday period June to September inclusive.
Candidates will have a friendly and approachable manner to always maintain a high level of customer service.&nbsp; Candidates must attend monthly training sessions to demonstrate competency and maintain a valid qualification.
Qualifications
It is essential you have a current Royal Lifesaving Society National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. A first aid at work qualification, AED and pool plant operator’s certificate are also desirable.
Skills and Experience
The Leisure Attendant should ideally be able to demonstrate a level of experience and knowledge commensurate with the position.

</ul><h2>About the role</h2>West Northamptonshire Educational Psychology Service is seeking to recruit creative and innovative psychologists to expand its existing team of skilled and friendly staff, as we develop and grow.West Northamptonshire is still a fairly new unitary council – with many opportunities to shape the future of the educational psychology service through co-constructing future directions with our stakeholders and developing the team together.&nbsp;The Service is very well regarded and supported within the council, which has a strong focus on values-based practice and staff wellbeing. We are keen for staff at all levels to contribute to, or lead&nbsp;initiatives and projects in line with our model of distributed leadership, giving opportunities to develop, experience and contribute to strategic developments.The EPS is committed to developing services in response to community needs.
