This is a trust-wide leadership post, responsible for:
Designing and leading a high-quality, inclusive English curriculum across key stages.
Conducting deep dives, work scrutiny, and lesson visits in preparation for Ofsted inspections.
Delivering bespoke CPD and coaching to support excellence in teaching and learning.
Monitoring performance data and pupil outcomes to inform strategy and improvement.
Acting as a key figure in the new School Improvement Team, working to the trust’s Director of Education
We’re looking for a credible, passionate and reflective&nbsp;subject expert&nbsp;who can lead both&nbsp;strategically and operationally. You will:
