Reporting into the Head of Regulatory Assurance, within the Strategy, Policy and Regulatory Assurance division, this leadership role heads up our business development team, responsible for our Tenant Scrutiny Panel and supporting the directorate with business change, policy and service improvement. The post also holds responsibility for improving data across the service and turning insight into action.</p><p>The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of best practice in Social Housing, alongside an in-depth understanding of the RSH Consumer Standards, with particular focus on Tenant Satisfaction Measures and the requirements of regulatory returns.</p><p>This role will work across the Council, supporting the delivery of genuine co-regulation with, and excellent housing services for, residents in the borough.
