It will help the Council to deliver its Embrace Change Programme. </p>\n<p>The role involves managing and working as part of multi-disciplinary project teams to support service, departmental and corporate priorities - including the Embrace Change Programme. It will play a key role in effectively managing projects, workstreams and initiatives to ensure successful delivery and improved outcomes. </p>\n<p><strong>The Person</strong></p>\n<p>You will have extensive knowledge of methods and techniques to manage and influence behavioural cultural change, and knowledge of how to transform and redesign services to deliver better outcomes for residents. You will have strong project and change management skills - and experience leading and managing a number of complex projects. </p>\n<p>You will have experience using technology and systems change to deliver improved services and outcomes.
