Permanent Ref:&nbsp; H7456 An exciting opportunity has arisen for this vacancy within the Property Service Planned and Adaptations team. You will be required to provide a specification and scope of work for capital planned works based on recommendations provided by Hertfordshire County Council, NHS and Hospital Occupational Therapists teams. &nbsp; Budget monitoring and adhering to planned programmes are essential to successful delivery of the works.&nbsp; Experience of delivering adaptations to tenanted and void properties is desirable including knowledge of CDM 2015, Building Regulations, Decent Homes Standard and The Equalities Act 2010. The ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with colleagues and contractors is required as well as tact, diplomacy, ability to negotiate and achieve defined performance targets. &nbsp;You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to assist in the management of complex customer complaint resolutions and management of expectations.&nbsp; Good organisational skills are needed to manage your own workload, providing regular and clear updates and feedback to the team for audit and progress purposes.&nbsp; Applicants must have a driving licence that is valid in the UK, and use of a car to enable site visits. A check will be undertaken with the Disclosure and Barring Service to ensure that the successful candidate has no relevant convictions.
