If so, you might be the perfect candidate for this role.</p>\n<p>As a Health and Social Care Worker, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support adults across Knowsley. Its focus is provision for people with complex needs including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and physical disabilities. The service is delivered in a range of settings including supported living, respite and day services.</p>\n<p>This varied and rewarding role will involve providing person centred and bespoke care and support, assisting people to engage in opportunities that are meaningful to them, and this includes providing dignified personal care.</p>\n<p>You will be required to work flexibly across any of the Adult Provider Services throughout the borough, and the role can involve any of the following: shift work, waking nights, weekends and bank holidays. In some parts of the service, you will be required to lone work.</p>\n<p>You will join a friendly team where training and ongoing support is provided.</p>\n<p>The post is subject to enhanced hours and sleep in payments.
