We pride ourselves in delivering safe and affordable homes along with low cost, dependable, localised services to our customers.</p>\n<p>As a Community Safety Officer, you will act as an expert on anti-social behaviour (ASB), providing a high quality service and point of contact for customers. The position will involve providing a proactive ASB service which includes investigative, enforcement and preventative activities. </p>\n<p><strong>A day in the life:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide specialist advice, guidance and support in respect of ASB and in more complex case work.</li>\n<li>Work closely with stakeholders, both internal and external, in order to effectively work cases assigned to you.</li>\n<li>Work with victims and witnesses of ASB to get detailed and accurate statements for submission for potential legal action.</li>\n<li>Use your knowledge of legislation to identify and exercise appropriate legal powers to stop anti-social behaviour in cases referred to you.</li>\n<li>Take responsibility for service-related complaints or queries, and ensure they are communicated sufficiently to the correct team to ensure a successful outcome.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What you’ll be:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledgeable on all things ASB, including legislation and tools of powers.</li>\n<li>Able to confidently enforce breaches of Tenancy.</li>\n<li>Able to work with vulnerable people with empathy, emotional intelligence and professionalism.</li>\n<li>A strong communicator, both written and verbal.</li>\n<li>Experienced at writing and preparing witness statements and accompanying legal documentation.</li>\n<li>Able to prioritise and cope well under pressure to meet targets.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Please apply with your CV and supporting statement outlining why you should be our next Community Safety Officer.</p>\n<p><strong>Closing date:</strong> Sunday, 08 June 2025 at 11:59 pm<br><strong>Shortlisting:</strong> 6 June 2025<br><strong>Interviews:</strong> Week commencing 9 June 2025</p>\n<p><strong>Please note, Wandle is not able to support any visa sponsorship requests.
