This means you and your team will partner with the Net Zero Buildings and Industry policy team (your primary stakeholders) and provide them with a commercial service, which covers the full procurement lifecycle, albeit currently with light touch contract management as that normally is carried out by the stakeholders themselves. <h4>Job summary</h4><p>We have an exciting opportunity to join us a <strong>Senior Policy Advisor</strong> in <strong>Accounts and Reporting</strong>.</p><p>You will take a senior lead role in the Accounts and Reporting team, responsible for implementing the new accounts filing requirements for UK companies filing with Companies House, as set out in the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency (ECCT) Act 2023. As we transition towards becoming a fully digital organisation and introduce the mandatory filing of accounts via software, you will work with the team to develop secondary legislation, policy and guidance that will help companies meet their filing obligations and submit high quality financial information as part of their statutory annual accounts.</p><p>You will be required to work closely with other Government departments and financial regulators and provide expert policy advice to multi-disciplinary teams across Companies House.
