Senior Education and SEND Intelligence Analyst

As the Senior Social Worker, you will be required to contribute to the delivery of a highly effective Adult Social Care service in an efficient manner. As the Senior Social Worker in a Transition Team you will be required to contribute to the delivery of a highly effective Adult Social Care service in an efficient manner.
