Our Team:

The home supports around 60 residents across multiple units, offering a comfortable and welcoming environment with well-equipped living spaces, dining areas, and gardens. Working pattern will be based on a 4 week rolling rota; you must be willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.

Your Contributions:

We are currently seeking qualified Nurses with experience in a care home or clinical setting, providing high-quality care and support to elderly service users. In this key role, you will contribute to the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care across the home, ensuring clinical standards are consistently met. You will bring a strong understanding of relevant legislation, best practice guidance, and regulatory requirements within nursing and residential care settings.

Some of the main responsibilities of the role include:

• Delivering and maintaining high standards of clinical care, ensuring compliance with professional, regulatory, and legal requirements while providing specialist nursing support and guidance

• Leading, supervising, and supporting care staff during shifts, overseeing the day-to-day operation of the unit and promoting excellent resident outcomes

• Developing, reviewing, and maintaining person-centred care plans and risk assessments, ensuring accurate records and continuous quality improvement

• Working collaboratively with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and the wider care team to ensure effective communication and coordinated care

• Supporting safe medication management, safeguarding, incident reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain the highest standards of care and support

Our Offer:

Aside from working with a great team, our employees have access to a fantastic range of benefits, including:

• A generous annual holiday allowance starting at 34 days per year (including bank holidays), increasing with long service

• Membership of our defined benefit, salary-linked Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) with generous employer contributions

• 3 x Salary Life Cover via Local Government Pension Scheme

• Investment in your personal development
