You will have knowledge and experience of using legislation to take enforcement action and conduct criminal investigations, with an understanding of court procedures and providing expert evidence.<br>\nThe ideal candidate must have a thorough understanding and experience of private sector housing and property licensing, specifically HMO and property inspections, and the enforcement and regulatory functions within the Housing Act 2004 and landlord and tenant law.<br>\nYou will need a proactive approach, be driven and have the ability to remain effective when faced with difficult and demanding situations and people.
