The Role:

We are seeking an HR Systems, Reporting, and Data Coordinator to manage and enhance our HR systems which include iTrent and Business Objects among others. This role will ensure data integrity and providing valuable insights and comprehensive reporting. This role can be based in either our Hackney or Havering hub, however, this role does span across our college group and will require some travel.

Who You Are:
You possess extensive experience with HR Systems, including system configuration, maintenance, and module development. Knowledge of Business Objects and HR systems is essential, involvement with iTrent and Power BI is desirable, but would highly benefit your application. You have advanced IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel), attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. You are self-motivated, customer service-oriented, able to handle a demanding workload, and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Systems Management: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and security of the college HR systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations. Data Processing: Manage the processing of employee data, system upgrades, and patches, ensuring thorough testing and seamless integration. User Support &amp; Training: Provide support and training for HR, payroll, and college staff, developing user guides and training materials. Reporting &amp; Analysis: Design and build HR and payroll reports using Business Objects, providing regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making. System Development: Lead HR system projects, implementing new modules and improving processes to maximise efficiency.

It’s an exciting time to join Broxbourne Council on our latest shared service adventure with East Herts District Council alongside two small friendly Human Resources (HR) teams, with lots of promising new initiatives in the pipeline. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated Human Resources professional who will be responsible for providing generalist HR support (including casework) and advice to teams across both councils, specialising in Employee Relations.
Responsibilities include:

You will need to have an innovative and positive approach to work with exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.&nbsp; Experience of working in a highly pressured environment will also be required.
Although both councils support hybrid working, the successful candidate will need to have a flexible approach to working across both sites in person and manage their time effectively. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Client Relationship Manager with experience of ERP and HR systems, to manage the relationship with the GLA’s HR Shared Service with Transport for London (TfL). Assessment process&nbsp;

Benefits
GLA staff are hybrid working up to 3 days a week in our offices and remotely depending on their role. As part of this, you will need to split your time between home working and coming into the office.
