About the role

You will deliver evidence-based interventions based on holistic assessments to support personalised recovery, integration, and promotion of independent living skills.

About the Role
We are currently looking for a Tree and Countryside Team Leader who will lead and support the development, implementation, and effective delivery of high-quality tree management, and countryside services across the Borough.
Working within the Greenspaces team, you will provide expert advice on biodiversity, arboriculture, and countryside matters, whilst overseeing existing Tree and Countryside Officers.
Some duties include:

<li>To oversee the delivery of the Greenspaces arboriculture and countryside service areas, dealing with and resolving service-related matters on a day-to-day basis and escalating them where appropriate.</li>

<li>Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within greenspace, tree management, or countryside services.</li>

As the Senior Social Worker in a Transition Team you will be required to contribute to the delivery of a highly effective Adult Social Care service in an efficient manner. The Role
Due to the ongoing growth of Governor Services, we are expanding our team of Clerks to support schools across London, the UK and internationally. Whilst there may be a requirement to attend meetings in person, support is also required for virtual and blended meetings where a Clerk may work remotely and across different time-zones.&nbsp;Therefore, applications from overseas candidates are also welcome.
As a School Governor Clerk, you will be directly responsible for the provision of services to a specified number of multi-academy trusts, school governing boards, and other commercial contracts, ensuring that our high standards are met in a professional and effective manner via remote on-line meetings. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, primarily focused around term-time meetings. Whilst training will be provided including attendance at our termly virtual Clerks’ Briefing, there is an expectation that you will be available to attend our offices in East London for training from time-to-time.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Meeting Management: Organise, schedule, and prepare agendas for all governing body and committee meetings.</li>
<li>Minute Taking: Attend all meetings (via video conference) to accurately and concisely minute discussions, decisions, and actions.</li>
<li>Documentation: Distribute meeting papers and minutes to governors in a timely manner. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all governing body documentation.</li>
<li>Compliance: Provide advice to the governing board on governance, constitutional and procedural matters ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.</li>
<li>Governance Administration: Manage governor records, including terms of office, declarations of interest, and attendance.</li>
</ul>
What We Are Looking For
Essential Skills:
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in using virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and G-Suite/Microsoft Office.</li>
<li>Extensive experience of managing on-line meetings and sessions.</li>
<li>Proven experience in a clerking or senior administrative role, with excellent minute-taking abilities.</li>
<li>Exceptional organisational and time management skills.</li>
<li>A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Revenues &amp; Benefits team as a Temporary Accommodation Officer. In this vital role, you’ll ensure accurate invoicing, benefit processing, and debt recovery for residents in temporary accommodation. Working closely with colleagues across Housing and Finance, you’ll help ensure that residents receive the correct support and that the Council’s financial processes run smoothly.
You’ll work within a small, supportive team and collaborate closely with colleagues in the Housing team to ensure that residents placed into temporary accommodation are awarded the correct housing benefit (where appropriate) and that the correct council tax is charged. You will ensure that rent charges are invoiced in a timely manner and monitored for non-payment, instigating appropriate recovery action where necessary.
We’re looking for someone who brings a flexible mindset and sound judgement to their decision-making.
Your work will directly support some of the borough’s most vulnerable residents by ensuring fair and accurate financial management of temporary accommodation.
