<h2>Your Role:</h2>
<p>- Work within a specialist legal team focused on property and regeneration transactions.<br>- Provide expert legal advice on complex and high-profile transactions to senior officers and Council leaders, Committees, and elected members.<br>- Ensuring effective service delivery.<br>- Support the Council’s commitment to modernisation, including digital transformation initiatives.<br>- Represent Legal Services as an experienced Property and Regeneration Lawyer.</p>
<h2>About You:</h2>
<p>We are looking for a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or FILEX with a current practicing certificate, who has:<br>- Substantial legal experience providing commercial and regeneration property legal advice.<br>- Strong cooperation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate yourself and colleagues within the Commercial and Contracts Legal Team.<br>- A commitment to continuous improvement, inclusivity, and collaborative working.<br>- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly and effectively.<br><br></p>
