You will be confident in your experience and knowledge and be able to use this to support and lead your team to feel empowered within their roles so they can deliver a seamless and supportive service to our residents to overcome their own personal challenges, and to achieve their personal goals and milestones.</p>\n<p>You will have a passion for what we do, and an understanding of the multiple needs that our residents may have, and able to provide a solutions based approach in your work. This role is perfect for someone who is determined, takes pride in their work, and is able to motivate a diverse team.
