Panel members will be appointed for an initial period of four years.</p>\n<p>Panel Members will be instrumental in assisting the Combined Authority to establish its Independent Remuneration Panel, and in supporting the Combined Authority to ensure that it operates effectively and transparently. Therefore, those with previous experience are particularly encouraged to apply.</p>\n<p>The Mayor’s Allowances Scheme was adopted in April 2017, with the Mayor’s Allowance reviewed by Liverpool City Council’s Independent Remuneration Panel; and agreed by the Combined Authority, in June 2022. The Mayor’s Allowance is due to be reviewed again in 2024/25 and will therefore be the first task of the newly established Panel.</p>\n<p>This review will involve several meetings to consider the information and evidence presented, and to develop a set of recommendations for the Combined Authority to consider. We are looking for someone who has excellent relationship management and communication skills, particularly when dealing with multiple stakeholders and has a 'can do' attitude, bring innovative and fresh thinking ideas whilst challenging the status quo.</p>\n<p><strong>About the candidate:</strong></p>\n<p>We are looking for someone who is educated to degree level or has equivalent experience in a regeneration discipline such as development management, town planning, urban design, or chartered surveying. Undertake playground supervision<br>2. Ensure adequate first aid treatment is available during the midday break.<br>3. Encourage pupils to select and eat healthy balanced meals<br>4.
