<p>As a key member of our team, you will have an excellent standard of written English, strong communication skills, excellent IT skills, be organised and able to work outside normal office hours (typically 2 or 3 times a month).</p><p>You will need to be a confident communicator who can develop a good working relationship with Councillors, senior officers and members of the public. Reversing this downward trend in global democracy requires new approaches and more ambitious efforts across Government and around the world.
