The post is reporting to the Learning Disabilities Team Manager. You will have completed your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) and be able to manage a varied caseload. About You We are looking for candidates who have strong assessment skills with demonstrable experience of&nbsp;delivering high quality interventions for residents, their families and carers. You will be working in a busy frontline Adult Social Care environment. The service is responsible for undertaking all ASC/social work interventions including assessments, reviews, safeguarding and case management work for Adult Social Care Customers with Learning Disabilities. You will have&nbsp;sound understanding of Care Act interventions along with significant knowledge of Strengths Based Practice, Mental Capacity, Court of Protection and Safeguarding Adults, including&nbsp;significant knowledge of risk and the current research and practice in this.&nbsp; You will also have had experience building and developing relationships with partners in the voluntary, community and faith sector, health.&nbsp; Excellent communication skills are critical and you will have demonstrable experience of working within multi-disciplinary settings. You will bring at least 2 years post qualifying social work experience, evidence of continuing professional development, and capability of practice in accordance with current professional standards.
