Family Hub Practitioner

Early Help responds to the emerging needs of children and their families, focusing on building their resilience as well as providing help at a time when evidence indicates that support can have the most impact. Coventry continues to invest in the Early Help Service and is proud of the work that is delivered by a multi-agency team from the 8 Family Hubs located in the communities across the city

This role is fixed-term until March 2029.

This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic and motivated individual with experience working directly with children, young people and families. You'll have a good understanding of child development, safeguarding, and the challenges families can face, as well as the ability to build positive relationships and engage families in meaningful support.
You'll be a confident communicator who can work independently and as part of a multi-agency team, using evidence-based approaches to help families achieve positive outcomes. If you're passionate about making a difference, supporting families to thrive, and working collaboratively with local partners, we'd love to hear from you.

Salary range
- £25,989 - £29,540 per year
