In return, you will be part of a wider team where you will be valued, with the opportunity to shape and improve the services we deliver to our diverse community. We have close partnerships across agencies in the borough. We are a small and friendly local authority with good relationships across adult care and support.

We also understand that our employees have commitments and interests outside work and encourage good work-life balance by offering a flexible and agile working environment; this is further supplemented by an extensive wellbeing offer, as well as a range of other benefits including staff discounts and a career average pension scheme.
