The Headteacher and Governors of Little Leigh Primary School are seeking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and committed team. This temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to work within our school, supporting children to achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide high-quality support for pupils with additional needs. You will play a key role in delivering targeted social, emotional and communication support, helping children to develop confidence, resilience and independence both in and out of the classroom.

We are looking for someone who:

· Has a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing.

· Creates positive relationships with children, staff and families.

· Is nurturing, patient and adaptable to meet individual learning needs.

· Can provide engaging and creative support to inspire and motivate pupils.

· Has experience of working with children with additional needs (desirable).

· Is committed to helping every child succeed and thrive.
