All assessments and support plans are conducted in accordance with the wellbeing principles of the Care Act 2014, reflecting a strengths-based model that empowers residents to take control of their own lives. You will work as part of a supportive multi-disciplinary environment where guidance and professional supervision are provided in line with your experience and our comprehensive Supervision Policy. By joining our "front door" team, you will play a vital role in shaping positive outcomes and ensuring the right support is provided at the right time for Harrow’s community.

This position offers flexible scheduling with the option for either part-time (18 hours per week) or full-time (36 hours per week) commitments.
