Our Pest Control Services team is looking for a passionate and dedicated Scheduler to join our amazing team and help make a difference today!

About the Role:

As a Scheduler within Pest Control Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective delivery of pest control operations across the borough. Working in a busy office environment, you will be responsible for arranging appointments, scheduling programmed works, managing customer enquiries, and providing administrative support to frontline operatives. You will help ensure services are delivered efficiently, meeting legislative requirements, council policies, and customer expectations for both residential and commercial clients.

About You:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a busy working environment and is committed to delivering high-quality services.

You will have:

  • Experience in scheduling, administration, or customer service roles.
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using a range of office software and applications.
  • Experience handling customer enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service at all times.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy when managing appointments and service records.
