Job description

We are seeking a proactive and organised Senior Administrative Officer (SAO) to support the delivery of Electronic Monitoring (EM) services across the KSS region. This role involves overseeing case management processes, ensuring compliance with EM requirements, and maintaining accurate data across systems. You will act as a key link between Probation Practitioners and Electronic Monitoring Services, manage queries, and resolve issues to ensure cases are progressed effectively. The role also includes auditing casework, producing reports, and supporting performance management, alongside line managing Case Administrators and contributing to team development.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step and play a key role in improving service delivery and outcomes.
