Lead Learning Support Assistant

18 hours per week, Mon-Wed, Term Time (39 weeks)
£12,860 per year (Full time Equivalent £31,290)
Location: Rutland House, Bromley
Reports to: Senior SEND Tutor

The Lead Learning Support Assistant will help learners with communication, social, emotional, physical or sensory needs to access learning, make progress and develop greater independence.

The postholder will work across the Training Centre, supporting in class and delivering small-group and 1:1 interventions. They will work closely with tutors and the Senior SEND Tutor to identify learner needs, communicate effective support strategies and contribute to adaptive teaching.

Role Start date – 1 September 2026
