Our Team:

Millbrow Care Home is a 44-bed nursing home in Widnes providing general nursing and specialist dementia care for adults, including long-term, respite, and palliative care services.

We are looking for a hard working, compassionate individual who is looking to care for elderly residents and is willing to support them and respect them at all times. We require a good team member who will positively develop and maintain effective working relationship’s this will include staff members, service users and professionals you will liaise with.

We recognise that it takes an individual with inspirational passion and a kind nature to make a difference to the lives of others and our Care Homes will give you the opportunity to get to know the residents and their families and help ensure that truly personalised care is delivered.

Hours: days - 1x 35.75 hours, 3x 22 hours, 2x 33 hours nights - 1x 22 hours, 1x 27.5 hours 1x 33 hours

Your Contributions:
• Previous Experience in providing person-centred care in line with individual care plans
• Skilled in maintaining verbal and written records and effectively communicating with service users and colleagues.
• Proficient in spoken English with the flexibility to work varied hours and cover shifts as needed.
• Strong team player committed to collaborative work within a care setting.
