  • Keep residents informed and supported throughout the process.
  • Work closely with inspectors, contractors, and internal teams to keep things moving.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute ideas to improve how we work.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who brings the right skills, attitude, and values to help us deliver a resident-first repairs service. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Customer Service & Communication – Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach, including handling queries and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Problem-Solving & Ownership – Ability to identify issues and resolve them effectively.
  • Systems & Data Accuracy – IT proficiency (MS Office) and attention to detail when maintaining accurate records.

Experience in construction or housing maintenance is a bonus, but not essential, we value attitude and commitment as much as experience.

Why join us?

We offer:

  • 30 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays.

  • Two additional paid volunteering days each year.
  • Up to 10% matched pension contribution.
