What is the job role?

Lead, inspire and make a lasting difference to children, young people and families.

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Family Hub Team Coordinator to lead the delivery of high-quality early help services within a vibrant Family Hub setting.

In this rewarding leadership role, you'll manage and develop a dedicated team, oversee impactful services and evidence-based programmes, and work closely with partners to ensure children and families receive the right support at the right time. You'll drive service improvement, champion a whole-family approach, and ensure the Family Hub continues to deliver positive outcomes for the local community.

This is a fixed-term role until March 2029.

You'll be a confident communicator who can build effective partnerships, lead service improvement, manage resources and budgets, and motivate others to achieve excellent results. With a collaborative and solution-focused approach, you'll be committed to delivering high-quality services that make a real difference in diverse communities.

Salary range
