The Opportunity

This post presents an opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to work in a small team collecting financial contributions from developers secured in Section 106 agreements, the Community Infrastructure Levy and the Building Safety Levy. You will have an eye for detail and be able to measure plans and documents accurately to ensure contributions are secured, monitored and delivered to communities and stakeholders efficiently and effectively to support sustainable growth in Charnwood.

We will offer you varied and plentiful experience in a busy planning office, liaising with a variety of stakeholders to effectively achieve Charnwood’s aims of supporting sustainable growth.
