Would you like to be part of an organisation that supports, cares, and empowers these individuals? </strong><br><strong>If yes, this could be the right role and organisation for you!</strong></p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong><br><br>We are currently recruiting for a number of Bank / Relief Recovery Support Workers to join our services in Brighton, where you will have responsibility for providing high quality support services in line with SIG Equinox's Mission, Values and Strategy.  As a Recovery Worker, you will contribute to successfully rehabilitating and reintegrating our Residents and Participants back into the community. Providing pathways, support, and appropriate interventions that will enable successful resettlements, and deliver to achieve more safer, integrated communities for our stakeholders.</p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE SERVICE</strong></p>\n<p>Brighton Women’s Service launched in January 2018 and is a female-only residential project providing 9 high/complex needs beds and 9 medium needs beds. The service has a trauma informed approach using a PIE model. The staff teams work in close collaboration with health partners and other agencies to ensure that the combined programme of specialist support enables service users to meet their personal goals.</p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT US</strong></p>\n<p>The Social Interest Group (SIG) believes that good care and support make for better lives.
