The Role:
Join our vibrant HR team at New City College! We are dedicated to excellence in education and professional development. We are seeking an HR Systems, Reporting, and Data Coordinator to manage and enhance our HR systems which include iTrent and Business Objects among others. This role will ensure data integrity and providing valuable insights and comprehensive reporting. Who You Are:
You possess extensive experience with HR Systems, including system configuration, maintenance, and module development. Key Responsibilities:

Data Processing: Manage the processing of employee data, system upgrades, and patches, ensuring thorough testing and seamless integration. User Support &amp; Training: Provide support and training for HR, payroll, and college staff, developing user guides and training materials. Reporting &amp; Analysis: Design and build HR and payroll reports using Business Objects, providing regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making. System Development: Lead HR system projects, implementing new modules and improving processes to maximise efficiency.
