The successful applicant will provide specialist advice, guidance, and supervision to OT Assistants, ensuring high standards of professional practice within the team. Alongside supporting colleagues, the Advanced Practitioner will also deliver direct OT assessments in residents’ homes, contributing to Brent’s mission of empowering individuals to live independently and enhancing quality of life across the borough’s diverse communities.
The Person

This new role will work alongside the operational team manager to provide clinical leadership for the ongoing development and delivery of this service in accordance with the evidence base and current best practice guidance.Previous experience working with children and young people with presentations relating to harmful sexual behaviour would be beneficial.
