Here’s where you can help decide a better future for us all.

    How You’ll Be Involved

You will have line management responsibility for our Neighbourhood Housing Officers who deliver housing management services across our estates. You will act as a role model for our behaviours embedding a culture of respect and relational practice, placing our residents at the centre of everything we do.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require an Enhanced DBS.

    About You

We're looking for a people-focused leader who is passionate about delivering excellent housing services and making a real difference to residents' lives. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing operational priorities with a strong commitment to customer service, collaboration and continuous improvement. A confident and inspiring leader, you'll motivate and support your team to deliver high-quality neighbourhood services, helping colleagues understand how their work contributes to positive outcomes for residents while promoting their development and wellbeing.

You will have a proven ability to build strong relationships with residents, partners and stakeholders, and enjoy working collaboratively across services to resolve issues, improve performance and drive positive change. Using insight, performance data and resident feedback, you'll continually identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and ensure residents receive responsive, effective support.

With experience of managing housing, neighbourhood or customer-facing services, you'll be comfortable making informed decisions, managing risk and taking ownership of performance. You'll ensure services are delivered consistently, fairly and in line with relevant policies, procedures and standards. Most importantly, you'll share Camden's commitment to putting residents at the heart of everything we do.
