We are currently recruiting for a number of Bank / Relief Recovery Support Workers to join our services in Brighton, where you will have responsibility for providing high quality support services in line with SIG Equinox's Mission, Values and Strategy. &nbsp;As a Recovery Worker, you will contribute to successfully rehabilitating and reintegrating our Residents and Participants back into the community. Providing pathways, support, and appropriate interventions that will enable successful resettlements, and deliver to achieve more safer, integrated communities for our stakeholders.
<h4>About the Service</h4>
Brighton Women’s Service launched in January 2018 and is a female-only residential project providing 9 high/complex needs beds and 9 medium needs beds. The service has a trauma informed approach using a PIE model. The staff teams work in close collaboration with health partners and other agencies to ensure that the combined programme of specialist support enables service users to meet their personal goals.

As the only 11-16 all-boys academy in Sefton, Birkdale High School aims to be a beacon for outstanding practice in the education of boys and be the school of choice for all boys in the Southport community and beyond. The Music Department is a vibrant and growing area of the school, offering a broad and inclusive curriculum that encourages creativity, performance, and technical skill development. At Key Stage 3, students receive 2 hours of Music across a fortnight. Students study a wide variety of musical styles, developing their skills in music theory, performance on a range of instruments, composition, and music technology. At Key Stage 4, we currently have over 100 students studying Music. The department delivers the BTEC Level 1/2 Tech Award in Music Practice, providing students with practical, industry-relevant experience across performance, composition, and music technology.&nbsp;
Music is well supported beyond the classroom, with approximately 120 students currently receiving instrumental&nbsp;tuition. The department offers lessons across a wide range of instruments, including guitar, drums, piano, DJ skills, woodwind, and brass, reflecting a diverse and contemporary musical culture. Students are encouraged to participate in ensembles, performances, and enrichment activities that enhance both their musical confidence and wider personal development. The department offers a range of ensembles including Big Band and Birkdale Rocks, who both perform regularly at school and external events. Working closely with our Drama department, we have recently delivered productions of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, A Night at the Musicals, and are currently working towards a performance of We Will Rock You. We also host our very popular Arts Star competition each year, which showcases the many talents of our students across Music, Art, Drama, Robotics, Engineering, Baking and Animation.&nbsp;
The Creative Department offer opportunities for students to take ownership of particular aspects of the faculty. This has led to the development of our Art Ambassadors programme and our Creative Technical Crew, with roles covering sound technicians, lighting technicians and backstage crew, who are responsible for the running of all technical aspects of our productions.&nbsp;

Who are we?
Hawley Woods School provides a specialist environment and support primarily for autistic children and those needing a similarly adapted approach with small classes of 6-8 pupils within our calm, nurturing setting. Our school caters for children from the age of 7 up to 16 years (Key Stages 2, 3 and 4). 
We help children with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) who may be struggling to keep up with the pace of work, may be losing confidence, or struggling with the overwhelming sensory environment of their mainstream school. We also help children who have been out of education for a period of time, to positively re-engage in an education which takes into account any negative experiences they may have had in schools so far.

Hawley Woods School is part of Kedleston Group. We specialise in providing specialist education and care for children aged 7-19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
