In this role, you’ll be the central point of contact for all utility-related matters across our growing energy portfolio. We are inviting applications from enthusiastic and qualified individuals to join our small but experienced Building Control team.&nbsp; You are required to be qualified to a minimum of Class 2F/4 Registered Building Inspector and be a corporate member of RICS/CABE (or equivalent). About the role:
Active Wirral are looking for a Pre-Falls Physical Activity Lead to join the Active Wellbeing team at Wirral Council. The team work across Wirral, supporting residents to make sport and physical activity part of their everyday lives.
You will co-design and implement a pilot Universal Preventative Offer to support older adults to live stronger, healthier and happier lives. &nbsp;&nbsp;
This role will be based with Wirral Council, working in partnership with Public Health, Primary Care Networks and health partners.
About the Candidate:
You will create an evidence based, systemic approach to reducing the number of adults needing to access the falls prevention programme through increasing activity levels of those residents that have a higher rate of falls due to long term health conditions and health inequalities.
The focus will incorporate approaches such as community asset and strengths led approaches to improving health and wellbeing and will aim to focus on communities who experience the greatest inequalities in health.
You will need to display excellent communication skills and be able to work in an agile, multi-disciplinary and compassionate manner to co-produce the offer.&nbsp; You will need to be creative in your thinking and adopt a systemic approach to place-based working to reach agreed key performance indicators. &nbsp;

Relevant training and support will be provided when acting on behalf of the other organisation and it also means that you're able to access a number of other training, learning and development opportunities from both organisations.We are looking for someone with relevant experience of holding complex casework, someone who has high professional standards and who is keen to continue their professional development. We’re looking for a calm, reliable and friendly Night Concierge to join our supported team. You’ll help create a safe, welcoming and well run environment overnight, offering reassurance and practical support to residents when they need it most. This service is a safe and supportive home for women who’ve experienced homelessness. We work with women with a range of supporting needs from complex and high level to more moderate or low level including help around mental health, substance use, domestic abuse and past offending.
This role is key to keeping our building, residents and service secure and responsive overnight. You’ll do regular safety checks, monitor access, respond to emergencies, support residents with queries, keep records, and hand over to the day team. We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled business professional who is motivated in preparing children for the future. The ideal candidate will have:
- &nbsp; &nbsp;Business management qualification - &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience of managing budgets effectively - &nbsp; &nbsp;Knowledge of Health &amp; Safety and legal requirements placed on schools - &nbsp; &nbsp;Prior experience of working in a school setting would be preferable
You will report to the Head Teacher and have day to day responsibility for all school finance matters including strategic oversight of health and safety, premises development, site management and finance.
