This is a key role at the heart of our school community, and we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong office experience, and brings excellent numeracy, literacy and ICT skills.
About the Role The successful candidate will work closely with the School Business Manager and Home Liaison Officer, providing high-quality administrative and finance support. Key responsibilities include: Acting as the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors, ensuring a warm, professional and informative reception. Maintaining our Management Information System (Arbor) and processing finance orders (FMS). Monitoring and reporting on children¿s attendance and punctuality, liaising with and supporting families to improve attendance across the school. Managing sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Supporting a wide range of administrative tasks, often to tight deadlines, while handling changing priorities.
About You We are looking for someone who: Has essential office experience and strong ICT skills. Communicates clearly and confidently. Is highly organised and able to work independently using their own initiative. Can handle confidential matters appropriately. Enjoys working as part of a friendly, dedicated team.
Hours of Work This is a permanent position, 38 weeks per year, Monday to Friday 8:15am ¿ 3:30pm.

Mobile Cleaner
Fixed Term for 3 Months
About the role:
We are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated mobile cleaner to join our team. You will play a vital role in keeping council buildings, offices and community spaces clean, safe and welcoming to staff and residents.
You will be required to travel around the Borough and work at various locations.
The role will include driving a Council vehicle between locations whist on duty. This may entail early morning, early evening and weekend shift work.
About the candidate:
We would like to hear from you if have previous cleaning experience, the ability to work independently and manage time effectively along with good communication skills and flexibility to different sites and shifts.

The Strategic Transport Planning and Investment (STPI) Team is looking to recruit an Apprentice who is committed and motivated to complete the 33 month programme.
Your main duties will be to support the team in the development of strategic transport policies, strategies and delivery plans and the delivery of projects within the Council’s Transport Capital Programme. About the role

The senior manager marketing, brand marketing will lead the brand marketing team and oversee the planning, development, and delivery of our brand marketing program.&nbsp; This includes managing high-profile multi-channel advertising bursts and fame-driving activations, working closely with stakeholders across the charity, and with our creative and media agency partners.&nbsp; This role will develop compelling briefs, oversee campaign delivery, and ensure performance is measured and optimized.
The post-holder will also take responsibility for monitoring our brand health - working with research and media agencies to set KPIs, analyse results, and identify opportunities for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will have excellent IT and customer service skills, experience of working in an office environment, and the ability to use databases to record and monitor information. Hold a minimum Level 3 exercise referral qualification
</li>

Successfully complete exercise programming, monitoring and evaluating of clients and delivery of health assessments

Actively and consistently promote the company’s vision and values&nbsp;

Complete admin duties and effectively use the telephone and basic computer software systems
</li>

Be highly motivated, knowledgeable and passionate about health, exercise and rehabilitation

Band B 15.00 Working Hours – All year
Salary – Band B - £10,331.66 pa Hrs - 15 per week (3.30pm to 6.30pm daily) we can be flexible within 30mins as site is open till 7.00 pm daily. This is a 52-week contract. However, we work condensed hours in the 6-week summer break. H&amp;S and Coshh training will be provided.
