We are seeking a Psychotherapists or Counsellor to join the HealthyWay Plus team. You will be required to contribute and deliver an evidence-based weight management programme to improve health and wellbeing in Medway by supporting the achievement of local and national strategies relating to Public Health. Due to the nature of the role, it is important that the post holder remains open to new ideas and perspectives that align to Public Health KPIs and key messages. The post holder must have a minimum of one year’s experience in psychotherapeutic work in a weight management setting ideally including groups. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Housing Compliance Manager to join our team and to lead and manage compliance across our housing maintenance service. This is a key role ensuring that Dartford Borough Council meets all statutory and regulatory requirements relating to housing health and safety, including gas, electrical, fire safety, water hygiene, and asbestos management.

Your new role Due to a maternity leave we are looking to recruit a Teacher of Food Technology, you will join a successful and friendly technology team led by a dedicated Director of Art/Technology. There are two modern food classrooms, supported by a dedicated technician. Food is taught to all students in key stage 3 (maximum class size 15), and GCSE Food and Nutrition is taught to students in Year 10 and Year 11. Team Manager – Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards 
We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Social Worker to join our service as a Team Manager, providing strategic and operational leadership for the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards Team.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality, legally compliant and person-centred practice in accordance with the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) 2005, the DoLS framework and other statutory regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will aid in promoting the rights, autonomy and safety of adults who may lack capacity, embedding a culture of lawful, strengths-based and rights-respecting decision making.
You will champion excellence in MCA and DoLS practice across the organisation and its commissioned services, by offering expert professional oversight, strategic influence, and authoritative guidance.
About the Candidate:
We’re looking for a Qualified Social Worker with substantial and relevant, post-qualifying experience. You must also have previous experience of leading and managing a team within a Social Care environment.
You will have substantial experience of managing complex caseloads, services, and mental capacity matters. You must be able to evidence multi-agency collaboration with experience of working across professional and organisational boundaries.
You must be a qualified Social Worker and registered with Social Work England to undertake this role.
