Uttlesford District Council are seeking to recruit additional facilities assistants on a casual contract basis to assist the current team to provide security and functionality of the Council Offices and Civic Suite in the evenings and occasionally at weekends, in accordance with recommended Health and Safety. Responsibilities include setting up meeting rooms and securing the building at the end of the evening. You will provide support to the Facilities Manager and be able to provide cover in times of absence. Training will be provided in emergency, security, general procedures and practical tasks.
