Both of these roles, will be expected to deliver the implementation of the College Group’s quality improvement strategies for elements of the current OFSTED framework. The Curriculum Manager will also work to maintain a culture of continuous improvement through self-assessment and other quality initiatives through the College Group. They will develop Teaching, Learning and Assessment improvement strategies in pursuit of an outstanding student experience and will also lead and be responsible for the performance management of direct reports in order to achieve consistently high outcomes.  </p>\n<p>This role will be based at our Willesden Campus.
