With a focus on utilising an integrated practices framework, our EPS delivers innovative solutions to some of Hertfordshire's most vulnerable young residents, and it is within this team that you could discover exceptional opportunities.<br><br><b>About the role</b><br><br>We are now looking for a number of Assistant Educational Psychologists who would like to contribute to supporting children and young people aged 0 to 25, with a particular emphasis on those with SEND. Supporting the work of Educational Psychologists, you will gather information and undertake assessments using person centred approaches with the young people who are using the service. With the chance to learn from experienced colleagues, you will produce written feedback for a range of audiences including teachers and parents.<br><br>Alongside this, you'll be supported to apply for your professional doctorate whilst in post - so we will ensure your career keeps growing and developing while you are with us.<br><br><b>About you</b><br><br>With an undergraduate degree in Psychology or a relevant conversion course that provides graduate basis for registration (GBR) with the British Psychological Society (BPS), you will also have at least two years of relevant experience of working with children and young people up to the age of 25, in a range of educational settings.<br><br>You will have experience of research from its implementation to its evaluation, as well as experience of disseminating evidence-based practice.
