About the Role and Requirements
Woodberry Down is one of the largest estate regeneration programmes in Europe, providing around 6,000 new homes, plus parks, shops and public facilities alongside the stunning Woodberry Wetlands. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Finance Manager for the Woodberry Down Regeneration Scheme to play a crucial role in ensuring good financial management, supporting land assembly initiatives, and facilitating full cost recovery of council expenses. The role will sit in the Housing and Regeneration Finance Team but will work closely with the Woodberry Down Regeneration Team - particularly the Head of Regeneration.
We’re looking for someone who has local authority development finance experience&nbsp;and is a&nbsp;CCAB-qualified accountant.&nbsp;Knowledge of the practical operation of complex, large scale Development Agreements, and phased regeneration projects would also be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
Support delivery of sound financial management, including recording and evidencing land assembly and relevant costs, to enable full cost recovery.
- Ensure cost reclaim from the Development Partner (Berkley Homes) is kept up&nbsp; &nbsp;to date.
- Provide information and assurance for viability test inputs, collaborating closely with the regeneration team.
- Assist with land assembly budget setting.
- Conduct monthly budgeting and reporting for both capital and revenue.
- Prepare quarterly accounts for sites subject to CPO indemnity agreements.
- Possess a basic understanding of development finance and the operation of Woodberry Down and/or large Regeneration Schemes
- Review and provide comments on the regeneration team's financial propositions.

About the Role:
Hackney Council is looking for a&nbsp;skilled, enthusiastic and experienced individual to join as a Strategic Finance Manager within the Housing and Regeneration Finance Team.&nbsp;The post holder will be the lead finance officer in the directorate, responsible for providing strategic high level financial advice and support to senior management. You will work closely with the Assistant Director of Finance to set robust controls, all at a time of real economic challenge in the public sector.

About the role
We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who has experience in Complex Mental Health and Substance Misuse to join our residential service based in Croydon. You will use your skills and knowledge to support residents with mental health challenges, complex needs, and will provide specialist occupational therapy as part of their recovery. This is a great opportunity to shape your own role, alongside a team of Positive Engagement Workers, a Dual Diagnosis Worker, and Clinical Psychologist, whilst working closely with the Group Psychological Lead and other external partnerships. You will receive regular supervisions and have time with an external Occupational Therapist.&nbsp;
You will:

<li>Deliver evidence-based interventions based on holistic assessments to support personalised recovery, integration, and promotion of independent living skills</li>
<li>Be proactive with planning and delivering meaningful activities; this includes one to one and group sessions</li>
<li>Work closely with clinical teams to meet people where they are, assess their situation, and write recommendations and signposting accordingly</li>
<li>Assess their current situation through holistic assessments and put plans in place for them to overcome their personal barriers, to enable them for independent living and stability</li>
<li>Provide psychologically informed interventions in a person-centred approach, flexibly to the resident needs</li>
<li>Complete various assessments from function to task related to help empower enhanced community and personal engagement</li>
<li>Set SMART goals in a collaborative way with residents, taking into account all information present from various team members and partner agencies. &nbsp;</li>

About you
We’re looking for a passionate, driven and qualified Occupational Therapist, registered with the HCPC who has experience working with people that have multiple complex needs. You’ll be confident applying theory to the practical working environment. We use a trauma informed, non judgmental approach, so it’s important that you can work well with others, fit into the team, and build trusting relationships. You will be able to apply your knowledge of relevant guidance and protocols to the working environment. You will have a background in a similar role, able to provide specialist support to our residents who struggle with their mental health and substance use.
What we look for:

<li>Ability to provide specialised occupational therapy assessment and treatment for residents/participants.</li>
<li>Willingness to work in adherence to Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and Consultation Observation Tool (COT) and other practice guidelines.</li>

About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Mentor to join our team based in RBKC to support our residents who have multiple and complex needs which could include mental health, substance use, homelessness, and/or offending backgrounds. You will support in providing our residents with the support needed to help them overcome their personal barriers, and achieve their goals in a person centred approach. You will work within a residential setting, creating a safe and comfortable space which our residents can call their homes during their time within the service. The role includes:

<li>Supporting residents with daily tasks</li>
<li>Holding a caseload, conducting key work sessions which are personable to their needs</li>
<li>Carry out regular welfare checks, safeguarding checks, and general living checks</li>
<li>Encourage residents to take part in activities and events</li>
<li>Keep support plans up to date on a regular basis</li>
<li>Work closely with the rest of the team to provide overall excellent service delivery, this may mean also supporting with their caseloads, and other tasks as necessary</li>

<h3>Key duties and responsibilities</h3>
To undertake a variety of Grounds Maintenance tasks within Brentwood Borough Council's housing sites, parks and green spaces; , including grass cutting, hedge cutting, and litter picking.
To provide cover for sickness and absence within Brentwood Borough Council's Grounds Maintenance and Cemeteries teams, covering highways and cemeteries; &nbsp;including grass cutting, hedge cutting, sports pitch maintenance, litter picking, cemeteries maintenance.
To work as part of a team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives within an area specified by the Deputy Operations Manager. The post holder could be based at various sites throughout the Borough, to &nbsp;and will assist in the maintenance and cleansing of a wide range of the Council’s public places and open spaces. The successful candidate will work on a set time basis covering Monday to Friday, undertaking tasks of a similar nature to those duties as described elsewhere in the is job description profile.
<h3>Key skills required</h3>
<ul>
<li>Full UK driving licence.</li>
<li>High level of flexibility, positive can-do attitude.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of sophisticated mowing equipment and handheld equipment such as strimmers, hedge cutters and other horticultural equipment.</li>
<li>Experience in grounds maintenance works, such as pruning, weeding , planting and planting.</li>
<li>Training in the use of ride on mowers desirable.</li>
