<li>Act as the primary relationship manager between the Housing Service and WBC’s wholly owned local housing companies. Ensure compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA), including timely processing of invoices and payments. Monitor and report on service delivery standards to confirm that the services provided meet agreed expectations and contractual obligations</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with residents to gather feedback on regulatory compliance and service delivery, ensuring their voices inform improvement plans. Develop case studies and best practice examples that demonstrate how resident engagement drives continuous improvement and compliance.</li>

You will be required to support the delivery of the maintenance of tree stock within the borough of Reigate &amp; Banstead which will involve undertaking a full range of arboricultural works including pruning, felling and working at height. You will undertake a range of specialist tree management activities, such as coppicing and thinning and identify a range of tree species, to inspect, survey and recognise specific defects and associated hazards within individual trees.
You will also carry out and be responsible for the safe and correct application of pesticides, herbicides, and other chemicals, write and record site specific risk assessments and assist in the execution of all aspects of individual arboricultural operations and long-term work schedules. There will also be a requirement for you to support existing team in responding to emergency works and manage the on-site working environment when necessary.

We have an exciting opportunity for a new Personal Adviser (focussed on young people leaving our care) in the Children we care for and young people leaving our care team(Here4U).
As a member of the Here4U team you will have limitless opportunities to make a huge difference to the lives of young people (up to 25 years) who are leaving our care.&nbsp; The team support these young people to ensure they receive the best possible opportunities in life.
In the Here4U Team you will be working directly with young people from age 16 – 25yrs old on a daily basis, building long term relationships supporting them to achieve their potential as adults.
The pod that this role will be based in, will have particular emphasis on supporting our young people who have been in our care as Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC). The successful candidate will therefore have exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills, and the ability to connect with individuals from a range of backgrounds with unique experiences.
To enable you to work to your best we will develop you in your role and as part of the team; additional training and support will be provided, and you will have an opportunity to develop the range of interventions and skills you bring to make a difference to children and young people. You will have opportunities to work alongside your peers, with the creation &amp; delivery of group work and activities with care leavers. This will include supporting young people to celebrate their milestones, and participate in events honouring their individual faiths and festivals.
This role will require the worker to have some flexibility in the working hours to meet young people’s needs, with the possibility of evening and weekend work. It is also likely that this role will require some flexibility with regards to travelling to meet with our young people, and you will therefore require a full UK Driving Licence for this role.

Children’s Services: Family Support Worker – Referral &amp; Assessment Team
We have an exciting opportunity for a new Family Support Worker to join Wokingham Children’s Services, helping families receive the right help at the right time.
The Family Support Worker will work alongside Social Workers and will include administrative support and direct work with children and their families.
The Role
<ul>
<li>To work with children and their families, offering advice, support, signposting and direct intervention, as required</li>
<li>The children’s lead professional will be a Social Worker, who will provide you with guidance, support and advice</li>
<li>Children and families needs will span a wide range of issues including poverty, family conflict, substance or alcohol misuse, mental ill health and/or disability, neglect and helping families focus on the needs of the children</li>
<li>Working closely with other agencies and local services, you will be on the frontline improving outcomes for children aged 0-18</li>
<li>You will hear and promote the voice of the child</li>
<li>Promote and safeguard the welfare of Wokingham children</li>
<li>To provide a wide range of case related support to the team of Social Workers</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Be an integral member of the team supporting and demonstrating collaborative ways of working</li>
</ul>
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in either a paid or voluntary capacity working directly with children and families in a formal setting, to include support around crisis interventions. You will be able to demonstrate confidence and resilience with a flexible approach. &nbsp;
