The role
Reporting to the Head of Land Agency, you will help to implement and deliver strategic access management and visitor mitigation across Epping Forest and its associated Buffer Land. You will promote use of the Epping Forest Estate through implementation of the Strategic Access Management and Mitigation Strategy (SAMMS) project, develop sustainable links to neighbouring green spaces and public transport and promote responsible use of the Forest to ensure protection of its natural aspect. About the role:
Horsham District Council is looking for a Civil Enforcement Officer to join our highly successful Parking Services team.
As Civil Enforcement Officer you will play an important role in keeping our roads safe and ensuring that efficient traffic flows are maintained across Horsham District. You will take care of car parking provisions, enforce parking zones, provide school safety patrols and manage the technology that helps keep our streets free-flowing and our economy thriving. Patrols are both on foot and mobile, working closely with communities to deliver a high-quality service.

About you:
To succeed as Civil Enforcement Officer, you must hold a current manual driving licence for a minimum of 2 years (vehicles are provided). You will enjoy working with people, be friendly, polite, and willing to offer support, advice and assistance to colleagues and customers. Good numeracy and literacy skills are required, together with good observation and accuracy abilities. Basic computer skills would be an advantage, as you will be using a hand-held device daily.
To undertake the role, you will need a level 2 qualification; this is something that we are willing to provide to the right candidate. A full uniform will be provided including footwear, along with all essential equipment as required.

One of the posts will likely sit entirely within the multi-disciplinary Alternative Provision Taskforce and the other split between this taskforce and the BHISS Social, Emotional and Mental Health Team (SEMH), which currently operates as the city’s behaviour outreach service for 0–16-year-olds. &nbsp;BHISS-SEMH offers support, advice, trainings as well as direct in-school interventions for children whose behaviours are likely to mean they are at risk of suspension. Our key aims are to reduce fixed term suspensions; maintain children’s mainstream placement as well as develop colleagues’ capacity to manage challenge. We also offer a variety of bespoke trainings and forums for staff, both 1-1 and small groups, to discuss challenge as well as devise clear programmes of support for referred children. Making a Difference as Assistant Team Manager in Children’s Services
This is a pivotal role in our teams, supporting the management of, and leading a team of qualified social care staff and support workers, who undertake children’s social care safeguarding assessments, support, and intervention services to vulnerable children.

Once assessments are completed and a plan agreed, cases will either be held for short review, or transferred to Help and Protection teams for longer term intervention as CP or PLO, long term CIN.
The posts include some home working but will require you to regularly attend the St Helens office and travel around the St Helens and surrounding areas.

<h2>About the role</h2>Supporting individuals in their own home, locally and&nbsp;Eleanor Lodge provides exceptional levels of support to adults, aged 18 and over, with learning disabilities and mental health issues. It is situated in Delapre, Northampton and offers a wonderful living environment in which our customers can enjoy an enhanced quality of life. We also offer domiciliary care to adults living in their own homes within the community.We have teams of friendly and committed staff who provide the highest level of care. With our great accommodation and facilities, Eleanor Lodge evokes a home from home atmosphere in which our customers can feel comfortable, content and very well cared for.Shifts are a mixture of earlies and lates, and range from 7-3pm, and 8-3pm 3-10pm&nbsp;<h2>Additional information</h2><ul>

<li>You will either currently have, or be&nbsp;willing to work towards, NVQ level 2 in Health &amp; Social Care or equivalent.</li>

<h2>About the role</h2>Brighton and Hove is a vibrant and exciting place to live and work and an opportunity has arisen to join the Hospital Discharge and Response Team (DART) within the post hospital pathways and also supporting across the team when required.Both the acute hospitals and post hospital pathway arms of our wider team have seen their roles significantly evolve in recent years as we have been at the forefront of changes with the hospital’s Discharge to Assess model. This has meant our team work with people in the acute setting as well as those in community settings after a period of time in hospital. This can be either in step down beds whilst the person is benefiting from rehab or in the person’s home. We also work with those who need support to prevent a hospital admission including playing a role at the front door of the hospital by working with our health colleagues in the Emergency Department.We are a friendly and supportive team working in a busy environment; although working under pressure we maintain high professional standards of practice and are committed to ongoing professional development. The successful candidate will be expected to work across all settings and develop and maintain good relationships with key partners.&nbsp;This is an exciting opportunity to join the team which is made up of Operations Managers, Senior Social Workers, Social Workers, and Social Care Workers. The team works closely with system partners including University Hospitals Sussex, Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust and Sussex Community Foundation Trust, so effective multi-disciplinary working is essential. &nbsp;The candidate would need to have a strong leadership style in the social work field, have excellent communication skills and be solution focused under pressure and time constraints.
