We are looking for a skilled and dedicated General Needs Maintenance Operatives to join our Voids team in our Housing Services. You will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our tenants by delivering high-standard domestic repairs, enhancing communal areas, and supporting housing management services.This is a hands-on role that combines practical maintenance work with tenant engagement, block inspections, and conflict resolution.
