Job Title:&nbsp;Recovery Worker

Salary:&nbsp;£27,000
Shift Pattern:&nbsp;37.5 hours per week on a rolling rota between Monday to Sunday varying shifts from 07:30 - 16:00 or 13:30 - 21:00. You may be required to work outside these hours as per service requirements.&nbsp;
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our team in based in Ealing. We support adults experiencing loneliness, isolation, and mental health challenges and providing pathways, support, and appropriate interventions that will enable successful resettlements, and deliver to achieve safer, integrated communities for our stakeholders. Marron House has 18 bed spaces and we provide personalised support around daily living skills such as budgeting, shopping, cooking, reminders to take medication and developing a structured weekly routine.
Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;

Key responsibilities:

We are looking for Deputy Team Manager Occupational Therapist for Brent’s Reablement Team which is&nbsp;an integrated service combining the fast-paced response to Pathway 1 Home First discharges and the delivery of reablement and social care services in a short term response team set up.
