We are looking for someone with good experience in operational work and in practice development to lead a team of Quality Development Officers and support operational colleagues to achieve excellent quality standards. They will work in partnership with another Quality Development SPO and all operational managers, operational staff, and Learning &amp; Development colleagues to promote high quality work through the delivery of quality assurance and improvement activities including practice workshops, audit and analysis, coaching, and providing group and 1:1 support to operational colleagues and managers.<br><br>The successful candidate will report to the Head of Performance &amp; Quality, they will co-manage the Quality Development Team, and they will provide support to Probation Delivery Units.
