About the role 
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Advanced Social Work Practitioner to join our dynamic Child Protection and Children in Need Team. In this pivotal role, you will manage the most complex and high-risk cases, ensuring timely and effective interventions that safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people. You will also act as a mentor and consultant to colleagues, and represent the service, play a key role in supporting the Team Manager by role modelling best practice and providing supervision to social workers. You will act as a subject matter expert in responding to the needs of children and their families, ensuring that interventions are timely, effective, and child-centred. A crucial part of your role will be to assist in overseeing the quality of practice and performance across the team, helping to ensure that children who need help and protection experience safe, consistent

Our service provides supported accommodation units for adults with multiple, complex mental health needs. As an Outreach Activities Coordinator, you will manage the running and coordination of regular activities, events, and trips for our residents which work in support to individual support places and goals, by creating a calendar of activities, celebrations, awareness months/days/weeks and events to encourage social skills and community engagement. You may also support with other external activities such as supporting with attendance to appointments and treatments, whilst using your own knowledge to support and inspire them in being motivated to engage more with various services.&nbsp;

Assistant Support Worker - Cressex Road We currently have a part time (30 hours) Assistant Support Worker position at our supported housing scheme, Cressex Road, in High Wycombe.This a shared supported living house, home to six people aged between 34 and 91 years of age who each have their own en-suite room. The service users attend a range of day services and community opportunities 3 to 5 days a week.What You will Do:As an Assistant Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals live as independently as possible.
