The Pantry is a Social Supermarket which will support clients to access affordable and healthy food each week (for a maximum of six months) and offers both a responsive solution and a sustainable route out of poverty, ensuring people can access healthy food whilst getting the support they need.

About this important role
Our&nbsp;Voluntary Pantry Delivery Driver&nbsp;will safely drive between food collection points and St Giles Pantry sites across London, loading the vehicle with food in line with food safety and manual handling regulations.&nbsp; You will ensure your vehicle is checked for safety and cleanliness before each shift, report any incidents with management and calmly react to changing scenarios, such as traffic, while always being polite and courteous to other volunteers who may be accompanying deliveries.&nbsp;&nbsp;
On the road, and at the Pantries, you will be representing St Giles and so you will drive safely, responsibly and within the law and be courteous to all road users, staff, volunteers and members. &nbsp;At all times you will ensure that you are following St Giles’ health and safety policy and food safety standards protocols to consistently ensure safe collection and delivery of food is maintained.
What we are looking for
<ul>
<li>A full and valid driving licence (due to insurance requirements, this role is only open to applicants of 25 years of age or older)</li>
<li>You must be physically fit to be able to manually load heavy items into a van</li>
<li>Experience of working in a similar van delivery role, preferably in food distribution and use of chilled vehicles</li>
<li>Food safety and hygiene qualification or willingness to work towards one</li>
<li>Problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions ‘on the spot’</li>
<li>Good interpersonal and communication skills</li>
<li>An awareness of safety issues especially when driving, loading and unloading vehicles.</li>

The Statutory Attendance Support Team covers responsibilities for school attendance, penalty notices, school aged employment and children in entertainment.<h4>About the role</h4>Young people of compulsory school age may legally work in the entertainment industry, but their working hours are strictly governed by legislation. This role exists to ensure that appropriate performance licences are issued for children, enabling the Local Authority to meet its statutory responsibility to safeguard those employed in entertainment.By law, children working in entertainment must be supervised by licensed chaperones. This role also ensures the Local Authority fulfils its duty to approve and regulate chaperones, maintaining legal compliance and protecting the welfare of child performers.Duties include:<ul><li>Ensuring that children who perform do so in accordance with the relevant legislation and regulations and are licensed appropriately.</li><li>Issue child performance licenses, Body of Persons exemptions and Chaperone Licenses.</li><li>Revoke or refuse licenses where they do not comply with legislation or for other identified reasons, communicating decisions to all relevant parties.</li><li>Interview/train prospective chaperones to ensure that they are aware of and comply with legal requirements – including DBS. Are you passionate about providing safe and stable accommodation to women and children escaping domestic abuse? Wanting to help make a difference and provide specialist support to them to gain greater independence? This might be the role for you.
As a Children and Family worker, you will be based within our Women's Refuge service, supporting women and children up to the age of 15 who have escaped domestic abuse. You will deliver trauma-informed, child and family centred support to promote safety and wellbeing, working collaboratively with mothers to strengthen the parent-child relationship during a time of crisis. You will support with both emotional and practical day-to-day support. This is typically done through key work sessions, risk assessments, and empowerment focused activities.&nbsp;
You will play a vital role in supporting families, being the sole specialist within the service, which gives you autonomy to shape the role based on your expertise and experience. You will lead on child-focused support, as well as working part of the wider team to provide the support to mothers. You will deliver a range of support for children and young people, as well as family and parenting support.&nbsp;
About you
We are looking for someone who has a real passion to support families and children who have experienced domestic abuse. You will have a trauma-informed understanding of domestic abuse and the impact it has on families, and will be able to engage in sensitive conversations, recognising signs on trauma, and being proactive to support families to overcome this. This is a hands-on, active role, ideal for someone who is creative, energetic, and passionate about working directly with families. You will be a team player, able to collaborate and provide support to colleagues as needed.&nbsp;

Your primary goal is to minimize disruption for other drivers and ensure fair use of the Council's car parks.
In addition to your enforcement duties, you'll handle more complex inquiries, informal challenges, and first-stage complaints from the public. You will also work closely with the Customer Services and Parking Manager to drive business transformation, challenge existing service delivery models, and champion new ideas to improve our service.
This role requires you to be out of the office for the majority of your time, so you must be a self-starter who can work on your own initiative with minimal supervision. You will be expected to meet strict deadlines and collaborate effectively with your team.

About the role
We’re looking for a senior digital marketing manager – email to jointly lead our team as part of a job share to deliver high performing email campaigns and automations to support the charity’s activity. Working closely together with the other senior digital marketing manager – email, you’ll work across large email projects and campaigns, support the team’s workload and priorities, and create processes to best support their success.
Line managing a senior officer role, you’ll support their development and contribute to our email strategy together with the head of digital engagement.
Working with the senior manager, marketing and communications planning and measurement (owned earned shared paid channels) you’ll be a key part of shaping and ensuring consistency across all our channels.
About you
You’ll have substantial email experience and knowledge, being confident creating and optimizing complex automations alongside managing relationships with email platforms.
You’ll be passionate about delivering the best experience and engagement with email, and understand best practices and the importance of data and testing.
You’ll be well organised and have strong prioritisation and communication skills, working across the organization on a diverse range of campaigns and projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Community and Social Infrastructure Team, which is responsible for delivering and managing a comprehensive grants programme, ensuring grants are aligned to the Borough plan, deliver value for money and achieve positive outcomes that improve the lives of local people.
You will be responsible for leading the process of assessing, evaluating, and managing grants as well as, working closely with our Corporate Communications and Community Engagement Teams to increase participation in the programmes.
The work includes occasion evening meetings / community events, and you may occasionally be required to work during the weekend.&nbsp;
The Person
We are seeking an enthusiastic person who is passionate about working with and supporting the community, to ensure we deliver the best outcomes for residents. The post requires someone who comfortable and confident interacting with people and has effective communication skills.
