An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with specialist Moving and Handling skills to join the Specialist Moving and Handling Team at West Northamptonshire Council.

This is a community-based role in which you will work directly with people who have physical disabilities, supporting them to live safely and as independently as possible.

Experience in delivering training, coaching carers and providers, and promoting best practice in a clear and supportive manner will be essential. Strong organisational skills are needed to manage a caseload effectively, while balancing independent working with collaboration as part of a wider multidisciplinary team.
